Do you do pre-construction projects?

Yes. We work with many builders exclusively to help market the best projects to our clients. We guide you step by step throughout the entire process to ensure you continue to grow your investment portfolio with us. We help our customers find their true potential with pre-construction projects. We can complete Building Assessment Reports to assist with the completion of your project.

What are the terms of your management agreement?

Each agreement is specific to the property and the resources it will require. That way, if you have a low maintenance property, you don't pay high maintenance fees.

Who will perform the maintenance at my home and what will be the cost?

We use both in-house maintenance staff as well as our approved vendors. We are competitive and handle all repairs per Albertan and Canadian building codes. The cost will be based on the scope of the repair and in all cases we attempt to send a technician that can handle multiple issues so your total cost is less.
