What types of properties do you manage?
Mid-to-large condominium associations and commercial properties. We do not manage individual units within condominiums or single-family houses.
What services does Riverdale provide?
Personalized for each client. General services include building maintenance, monthly financial statements, vendor management, contract administration, customized asset management strategies, and developer services including Building Assessment Reports and building envelope inspections.
Do you handle pre-construction projects?
Yes. We work with builders to deliver Building Assessment Reports and guide projects through every phase from planning to completion.
What are the terms of your management agreement?
Each agreement is tailored to the specific property and resources required. Lower maintenance properties pay lower fees. Contact us for a customized proposal.
Who performs maintenance and what does it cost?
We use both in-house staff and approved vendors. All repairs meet Alberta and Canadian building codes. Costs are scope-based, and we coordinate technicians to handle multiple issues per visit to reduce your total cost.
How do I set up pre-authorized debit for condo fees?
Submit a PAD request through our website and we will email you the authorization form. Payments are automatically withdrawn on the first business day of each month.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
